Awesome! :) The whole herbs thing was interesting to me because I LOVE salt but I try to eat low amounts now since it supposedly does bad things to your bones when you go carnivore. But the herbs and spices definitely make up for it. I like breakfast steaks with chipotle chili powder on one side, then I flip it and put on Cayenne pepper and oregano on the other side. I also like eggs with jalapeno cheese cooked in with tobasco sauce. :)
