I did fast-5 (only I do a Fast 7, because of schedules and activity
levels) and it worked very well for about 2 months. It was effortless for
me to switch to this kind of eating at the time I started. And then I ran
into a problem of running out of energy every afternoon. To the point I
couldn't do office work, because I was out of gas.
I am just now getting back to a slow enough schedule to go back to Fast 5
principles again. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for
why the body might react this way after some time on Fast 5, or what I
might have not been getting? (I will admit to a very stressful, and
physically active life, so eat more than lots of people do)
