[fast5] What time to eat? Re: back again

Hi,

I want to encourage you, if it's working for you, that is great.

I wonder about the timing myself. In the Fast-5 book, he seems to think that's it's important to eat in the evening. He doesn't explain that as thoroughly as I would like.

I know our bodies have a clock and you can't just be arbitrary - I once worked on a night shift, from midnight to 8 am. I got 8 hours of sleep during the day, but it still wore me out, our bodies are meant to sleep at night. So it could be that there are better times to eat.

Right now, it's easier for me to eat a late lunch, like 3:00pm, stop eating by 5:00 or 6:00 pm. The book says we should strive to move the eating window later. I will try it, but just wondering, if we eat just once a day, it's still the same length of time fasting.

Just wondering.
