| Hi, I am pretty new, week 4, but have read the book several times now and you could see a gain at first, and it can take 3 weeks to start to see results. My personal results came a little quicker. Be patient, it is slow, stick with it and you will feel much better, your appetite will actually decrease a bit without even trying.
