[fast5] What time to eat? Re: back again

Any eating window is fine -- the fact that the 19 hours of fasting is the key and the schedule can be shifted as needed is mentioned in the book but not emphasized. The window timing is discussed in the FAQ:
http://www.fast-5.com/faq.html
The potential advantage to a late window is to have as little time between the closing of the window and sleeping as possible, so there is less time after breaking the fast when one must resist temptations.

Many people have no trouble with temptation after the window is closed, but for those who do, a later window may work best.

I choose not to do an early time because preparation is time consuming and social eating is very important to me. If I did breakfast then I would certainly still do dinner and for me that is too much as evidenced by my size!
