[fast5] What time to eat? Re: back again

Well I am still on my first week. I will try to stick to the 5-10 pm window for now.
Socially, 5-10 is best for me, as I am more likely to share dinner with friends than any other meal.

Physically, I think I would be less hungry eating a late lunch. like 2 pm.

I have found that, while there are some basic principles to follow on the FF,It seems most of us tailor the program as it fits into our lifestyles, as well as how it reacts to our bodies. As I have said in earlier posts, I am a gum-a-holic. I was really worried that I would go bananas if I would have had to give up the gum, but I have been able to \chew gum all day long, and still lose weight. It probably doesn't work that way for everyone, but am I grateful!!! I have been on FF since the first week of December, and have lost 12 pounds. I am 5'5 and weight 138. I am a size 4-6, medium frame. I am thrilled that I can eat what my body wants and enjoy the meals I choose. I also have a window of 3-8, as we often go out to dinner. I am also able to have a sit-down meal with my family in the evening.NOTHING has been as easy for me as this has been.  Good luck to all the new FF'ers.

I choose not to do an early time because preparation is time consuming and social eating is very important to me. If I did breakfast then I would certainly still do dinner and for me that is too much as evidenced by my size!
