Weigh yourself once a week or so. This is not a diet where you starve
yourself, so the early water-based weight loss you get with most diets
just doesn't happen as much (although some people do lose water-weight
the first week: not everyone does). Half a kilo a day, gained or lost,
isn't fat: it's water.
