I am on day 2 of the Fast-5 and PGX combination. (I am doing the 5-10 eating window and using PGX fiber in the window) I am committed to trying this for 100 days. I am determined I will try this. I always give up before 100 days is up.
A great motivational book, The First 100 days of wieght loss" I will try to come back here and report how I am doing.
When I did fast-5 a few weeks ago, I could tell it was helping me, but the PGX will help keep the insulin levels and cravings down in my window also, as I have an insulin resistence thing going on and PCOS.
