I'm reading the ebook now, but can you tell me (in advance :) why Herring recommends delaying the eating window to between 5 and 10PM? I would not sleep if I ate that late.
So far I've been able to move the beginning of my eating window from 10AM to 12:30/1PMish. This allows me to eat with my hubby. Is this an acceptable eating window time-frame? I'm still fasting the rest of the time.
