I googled, I see various sites with calories for what you put in your coffee, here's a good one (scroll down)
http://www.diet-blog.com/08/how_many_calories_in_coffee.php
Looks like the least calories is nonfat milk (5 per Tbs), followed by whole milk (9 per Tbs).
The nondairy creamers are worse! LOL.
There's a 5 calorie limit on beveridges in the fast period right? Does that mean only one drink with 5 calories, because if you drink say, 2 cups of coffee with nonfat milk you'd get 10 calories.....

Anyway, I would love to hear some success stories, including how much you weighed when you started and how much you've lost. I think I'm going to do the 5pm-10pm window, because I get really sleepy and lazy after I eat. On the days that we go out for brunch (very rare), I can't get off the couch for the rest of the day, and that's just happening now with 2 kids! Also, I know this was raised before, but I really don't want to give up my cream in my coffee in the morning, even though I want to have my window open at 5pm. Anyone have success still drinking coffee with cream but not eating until 5pm? I have noticed that if I drink coffee in the morning with just cream, I'm okay. If I add sugar, I'm starving an hour later.
