I had a salad with shredded cheese and bowl of said pasta before work (I work 530p - 2 a and my window is 4-9), and a baggie of quaker oat squares cereal that I munched on the first few hours of my shift. When my lunch rolled around at 830, I just wasn't hungry at all so I skipped eating then.

All this silly talk about "the Window". It's the steady FASTING hours which count. Count your days in increments of 19-24 hours straight fasting.

That's the pet peeve I have of the marketing name of Fast-5. It has a ring to it, but should be interpreted as Fast-19, to put the emphasis on FASTING for long hours straight and not on an eating "window".

Eat animal fat and meat, and truly get away from the insulin-raising (fat-preserving) Carbohydrates coming from pasta and grain. Double-teaming helps, not just depending upon fasting but also low-carb with animal fats and proteins for satiation.

Can't say it often enough that information from Gary Taubes "Good Carbs, Bad Carbs" is a good adjunct to tell you how to eat when not fasting.
