Re: [fast5] Exercise in the mornings

Sure, I exercise pretty vigorously most mornings, these days usually for about an hour in total, and often including quite hard bouts of sprint-type interval training (85-95% of max heart rate).  I don't usually break my fast until about 6:00pm and typically my eating window is 3-4 hours.  This has been my routine for many years.  I've often hiked and skied all day whilst fasted, too.  Here's a repeat of the link to Nolan Shaheed to put this into perspective:

Hi, all,
I was curious if any of you exercise in the morning, but continue the fast until the evening? I'm speaking mainly of short, hard workouts of 15-30 minutes.
