Thanks, actually the lunch break is 30 minutes. I work in a high security prison so I am either at my work or I have to leave and they don't like us to walk in the parking lot. It is ok weather now, but I can't have a plan to do something like go sit in my car (which is allowed as that is where the smokers go... they can only smoke inside their cars.)
I can't take a book or something in to work either. I wish I could go on line and read but I am not supposed to use the internet for anything but work.
On the weekends, I need to get my house clean. It is not just a little bit of cleaning... the place needs a big overhaul. I am going out more since I posted here because I am dating someone now and that is actually causing more of a problem in some ways with my emotional eating. So far the issue of my not wanting to eat breakfast or lunch hasn't come up... we see each other for dinner.
Winter is fast approaching and I and I am dreading it. I am trying to get out into the hiking trails lately but it is due to snow soon and we get over 300 inches a year here... I will be doing some snowshoeing though so that will help.
I do agree.. I need to go do something away from the food.
