They eat their meals over 8 hours. You do it over 5. Nothing wrong with portion control or anything else. You are eating what you're body needs and no more than that. This is what I usually tell people.

I am new to the Fast-5 diet/lifestyle...just started Monday! My dad referred me to this group. My work is doing a Biggest Loser competition with $1000 as the grand prize, but this is more for me getting healthy than anything. This is day 3, and I have done quite well, didn't eat outside my window at all.
Question---how do you respond to the naysayers? Everybody at work always gets on my case about Fast-5 when I Tell them about it, telling me it's so bad for me and unhealthy, and how I should do portion control and eat 5-6 small meals a day, blah blah blah.
