I used to work nights. Early night was fine - from 5 pm to midnight. The "graveyard shift" from midnight to 7 am - that was rough. I was OK with it for a few months, then my body rebelled, I could not sleep during the day, and kept falling asleep at work. I felt terrible. Fortunately, i was able to switch back to the earlier shift. So I warn against the late night shift - I think most of us, our bodies are programmed to sleep at night.
Just my 2 cents.
