Thanks, Rick, that helps. I did just re-read the Fast-5 book but for some reason don't remember that (hm, subconsciously repressing it? Maybe)
Well, guess I should focus on dealing with hunger effectively, staying within my window, exercising and then just wait out the two weeks.
Had another good day today -- didn't eat outside my window but ate more than yesterday -- I'm sure it'll show up on the scale tomorrow!
