I am wondering if you diet has anything to do with it.  So many people with autoimmune issues really do better Gluten Free.  Are you doing anything like that?

You may already know this, but avoiding nightshade vegetables: tomato, potato, bell peppers and eggplant, will help you.

I don't have arthritis, just have heard this for a long time.

So, I thought I would ask again: is there anyone here who has rheumatoid arthritis whose disease was cured or improved via fast-5? And if so, how long did it take?

I started it initially just to support my husband, who is trying to lose weight (and successful, so far!), but then I saw that it was supposed to help with autoimmune issues, and I have been hoping for some relief from my arthritis pain, but so far nothing :-(.
