Re: [fast5] rheumatoid arthritis

Have to say, no RA, but those I do have a few autoimmune diseases, the only one diagnoses is Hashimoto's thryroid, but I recently had a Postive ANA and an ANA Titer of 1:640 which is really high and means organ damage imminent..  Probably Lupus, definitely Raynauds and a good chance for Sjorgens, in other words, probably all three and I am not feeling as bad as I probably should.

My problem is that I have some bad stomach issues and so I have broken fast 5 twice in the last week to eat a particular meal, as that is what soothes it.

So yes, it helps, but cure, probably not...but  we will see

Subject: [fast5] rheumatoid arthritis

I have looked up rheumatoid arthritis in the archives and found a few references to fast-5 being helpful in reducing symptoms, but no one has actually stepped up to say that it helped them personally. So, I thought I would ask again: is there anyone here who has rheumatoid arthritis whose disease was cured or improved via fast-5? And if so, how long did it take?

Just a little background--I have been doing fast-5 for a month now and it feels great. Really natural, and I am rarely hungry. I started it initially just to support my husband, who is trying to lose weight (and successful, so far!), but then I saw that it was supposed to help with autoimmune issues, and I have been hoping for some relief from my arthritis pain, but so far nothing :-(.
