Beth,
I also have RA. For me, I cannot say that Fast5 has particularly helped with swelling, etc..but my diet has had an effect as I quit eating a lot of meats and eat more veggies. As far as I am concerned, Fast5 probably has an affect on it as well as the whole body.
I take flaxseed oil capsules for swelling . Later on I heard for the pain is to take some apple cider vinager and make a tae. I tried this one night and surprisingly had great relief. Another thing you may want to check into is Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have been taking this for a bit more than a month and have noticed a lot of plesant things. I have had no more pain from the RA. I also use it to lower my blood sugars and it also relieves neuropathy pain. I have seen articles where it is good for auto immune diseases and liver disorders, including cirrhosis. I wish I had known that earlier as I would have had my husband taking it as now, he is in need of liver transplant.
I do not want to get off track here, but really wanted to post on RA pain relief to you.
I love Fast5 and on 12/24..I will still be doing it and I will also be on HCG diet.
I hope e1 has a wonderful holiday.

So, I thought I would ask again: is there anyone here who has rheumatoid arthritis whose disease was cured or improved via fast-5? And if so, how long did it take?

I started it initially just to support my husband, who is trying to lose weight (and successful, so far!), but then I saw that it was supposed to help with autoimmune issues, and I have been hoping for some relief from my arthritis pain, but so far nothing :-(.
