I've fasted many times in the past 10 years for health benefits and weight management. In the past two years I had two babies back to back and have gained a tremendous amount of weight. I also find myself over eating and I just can't help myself. So Sunday (9/26) I decided to fast and then I found out about the Fast 5 while researching on the web. I decided to end my water fast on Tuesday and start the Fast Five. I have already dropped 5 pound in less than a week and I am really feeling great with my eating pattern. I chose the 2-7pm eating window since it allows for a late lunch and a light dinner and also since I usually don't eat past 8pm anyway. So here I am three days into it and can't wait to continue living the Fast Five Lifestyle :)
