"I'm wondering what others did? Did you start gradually or just go cold turkey?"
I was wondering the same thing, Ellen. I hope others chime in with their experiences.
When I started the fast-5 on Monday, I planned to go cold turkey; but, when I gave my son his lunch at 12:30, I caved and ate a sandwich. On Tuesday, I had a breakfast drink at 1:30pm because I was shaking (literally). On Wednesday and Thursday I made it to my window (which begins at 4:30), so I'm on my 3rd "full" day. I do feel shaky today, but not as bad as Tuesday so I'm going to try and just drink water or tea.
