[fast5] Re: Does food keep you warm?

I started cheating a little when I had to and it helped a little. Lately I am not hungry at all, but when I was getting hungry, I would have a handful of peanuts sometime in the afternoon and that would hold me till supper. It would destroy the cravings. The peanuts in themselves are a fat loss food if not overdone and the peanut oil is super; peanuts are mostly fat and the carbs in them are mostly fiber, fat helps induce ketosis and studies show peanuts don't make you fat.
