I have heard that exercise releases a pleasurable natural chemical into your brain that is similar to opiates, and that you can get "addicted" to exercise....
Me, I AM lazy, I have to force myself to exercise! I will exercise every day for two or three months, then slack for at least that long or longer, then force myself to start again....
