Yeah, I decided to make a full meal for the kids, and join in.
I tend to stick to orange juice, because I hate to eat oranges. I can't stand the pith, and the membranes, so if I eat one, I can spend an hour picking off every bit of pith and turning the membranes inside-out to get at the meat. Not really worth the effort and mess!
I have no idea where my D levels are, though I guess they're low. I do take a D supplement.
Hopefully the rest of the day and tomorrow will be better - and Monday won't be so hard. I've been doing so well so far, and it seems to really be working. I just hate the thought of setting myself back. I'm determined to get rid of the weight this time.
