| I think thats wonderful advice!! :) I love fruits and vegetables! I think they are the best food out there, I've gone vegetarian a few times because I watched some really scary videos after some meat recalls. I couldn't stick with it because I haven't figured out how to balance the nutrients correctly and got really weak after a month or so. I'm also not that great of a cook when it comes to vegetable dishes, I am with starchy and meaty dishes because thats what I grew up on. My mother absolutely loves doing atkins and low carb trends, to me they are a nightmare because of the lack of grains and fiber in her diet, I can't convince her though. I think if we were meant to eat mostly meat that we would have more canine teeth in our mouths, but we only have four so it must mean occasional eating of meat. We as a nation would save alot more farmland and less contamination if we ate more plants. On my journey to better health and weight loss, ive tried to emphasis having alot of fruits and vegetables, I never make a meal without them and I feel great!!
