[fast5] Re: Love Fast Five and Plants

Hello Ceci & welcome to the group.

In addition to what Heather said - I would very highly recommend you (and anyone and everyone, in fact!) read the recently published book "The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice and Sustainability" by Lierre Keith.

I can't recommend this book enough - it's a real eye-opener for most people who aren't personally involved in cultivating & sustaining their food sources. In other words, most of us in First World nations.
