Re: [fast5] Day 4



Fast-5 update:  I've been on this regimen for a bit less than 3 months and have lost 36 pounds!  I do have a calorie restriction of 1400 calories per day, because I'm quite sedentary and severely obese.  But I love having no forbidden foods, and I find that it's easier to eat one "big" meal a day than 3-5 tiny ones.  I'm on my way, and very grateful to Fast-5.

I didn't do that 1/2 hour delay eating when I started this on Monday. I am more of a haul-a$$ or stop kind of guy. So I went for the gusto on Monday.
Monday wasn't too bad slight discomfort as I approached 3:00.

Tuesday was the day from hell. I felt faint and lethargic all day. When I was done eating on Tuesday, I was hungry a half hour later and was having a pity party.

Wednesday went only slightly better. Felt faint and Lethargic as I approached 3:00pm (the start of my 5 hour window)

Today, I am fine, no hunger at all. My mind seems clear and I seem to have a lot of energy. My pee-pee has been extra dark, and I have lost 4.5 pounds I sure hope I can continue cuz this sure fits my life style.
