OK, this isn't directly about diet, but it is about cooking, esp. for those
who want to cook at home and avoid junk food. Or for those who
are avoiding fat and want to cook low-calorie (I don't think there
are many of those here).
Basically I posted a bit about a new pan I tried out today. It APPEARS
to be exactly what I was looking for, but hardly anyone seems to have
heard of it.
Since we have discussed pans off and on here, I posted a bit about a

I don't know how these will fare once they get more popular: if there is some
as yet undiscovered bad thing about them. What amazes me at this point
is that they WORK. This is NOT your usual nonstick, and it doesn't look
like it's made out of any kind of plastic. Probably high-tech ceramic. Very,
very hard anyway
