I'd also have the soup. Today, I woke up feeling kind of sick, sore throat, swollen glands, and felt for some orange juice. I chose to ignore my eating window and drink some OJ + eat some fruits, and I felt way better.
You can switch back to your eating window once you feel better. This is a lifestyle choice, which means you don't have to be insanely strict about it (in my opinion).
