Hi all.
I have a question for everyone. I have been doing fast 5 since April 1 2010. I am doing great having lost over 25 lbs and 2 pants sizes in that time. I exercise regularly and break my fast at 6:30pm as that works best for me.
here is my issue. Recently, I have noticed that when I break my fast I feel satisfied and not over full. I could eat more because it tastes good but I choose not to in hopes of getting to my goal weight this year. At any rate, I am noticing that come morning, I feel like I ate 10 times as much food as I really did. This wasn't happening in April, May, Jun, and first part of July. I notice my pants are even tighter in the morning and as the day goes on the size goes back down.
Does anyone know or have an idea of what is happening? I eat pretty healthy. For example, the other night I had 2 wild caught salmon fillets (4 oz each) poached in a lemon garlic sauce I made instead of buying. I made a small (about 1/3 cup) of quinoa and a medium salad (with spinach, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red and yellow peppers, blueberries, celery and no dressing) The next morning I felt like I had eaten at least 10 times that much food.
Thanks for any insights.
Sincerely
