I am noticing that I get sleepy in the afternoon sometimes, and sometimes before I eat, on an empty tummy, so maybe the sleepiness has nothing to do with food....
I don't get it every day, I get it off and on.
Sometimes the sleepiness is so heavy I have to lay down.
Other days I am not sleepy at all.
Also I tried eating a heavy meal late before bedtime, with some carbs too, and it didn't make me sleepy. (As I had hoped!)
So I have to watch more, what else is going on.
I drink tea some days, only in the morning. yet there doesn't seem to be a correlation...
