I take bromelian, for digestive enzymes, and I also take pro-biotics. I use "Body Biotics" (formerly called "Nature's Biotics") works well for me. I took Threelac for a long time, I might start it again, and I drink a lot of kombucha. I am planning on learning to make my own kombucha soon, my friends are helping me get started.
