I don't mean to alarm you, but if you maintained your weight for a year eating this way and are suddenly losing weight, something else may be going on that is completely unrelated to Fast-5.  You could experiment and go back to eating three meals a day and see what happens.  If you still can't gain it back, or keep losing then perhaps your  should get checked out by an MD .  But do not wait too long.

Despite your song, Tom, it IS Unusual for someone to be concerned with losing too much fat.

Perhaps you might want to get up to your desired weight through building muscle, with the help of weightlifting and eating more meats and saturated animal fats.
