The only time I think the sleepiness has anything to do with blood glucose levels is when I “feel” that feeling. If money were no object, I’d have purchased a monitor a long time ago and test strips and tested frequently for baseline and then tested every time I felt something like that. I feel sure “that feelng” I get is blood glucose related though. I can tell the difference between that and just getting sleepy.   (and I’ve done plenty of my share of both over the years)

How does that happen when I haven't eaten anything all day?
Why would I get sleepy when I haven't eaten anything?
