I agree. Never had any problem EVER with fat making me hungry but that is because of what Ellen says here. I’m eating the WAPF ways of eating healthy fats (which is healthy saturated fats, etc.)
I know from experience that I don’t eat more or get more hungry when I have a higher percentage of fat (like 60 plus percent coming from fat). In fact, the opposite!!!

What's NOT Fat and NOT Carbs.
The clips are short, but in the end it's quite disappointing, as I think they gave fake results from a very flawed "study". Reading the comments under the YouTube clips will show that many didn't buy into the producers' story. They were silly enough to use as an example of Atkins, a study of High Carbs and High Fat. Video which sucks you in at the beginning, then disappoints at the end.
