Ditto that.
In general, what Fast-5 does is regulate your appetite, so that what you eat more exactly matches what your body needs. You don't actually know what weight your body "wants" to be ... you can arbitrarily set some goal, but you don't know that your body agrees. My daughter actually weighs in as "fat" according to the height/weight charts, but she is a size 4 now and is all muscle: you wouldn't look at her and say she is "skinny" or "fat", just "in good shape".
One thing to think about though, is *what* weight is being lost or gained. Usually large amounts of "weight" that are dropped suddenly are water, either water that is attached to glycogen or water that is hoarded, or in the digestive tract somewhere. Fat doesn't weigh all that much, so you can lose a lot of inches without losing much weight.
If the weight that is being lost is muscle though, then that isn't generally a great thing: it could mean illness, or it could mean not getting enough protein or not working out. So if it stays lost, you might want to look at your food choices: make sure you are getting good solid food. However, if you are eating mainly protein/vegies/fruits and not much starch, it is hard to maintain much fat on that kind of diet, so your only choices for "weight" are to build muscle.
You can use a Tanita scale or use calipers to estimate how much body fat you actually have. Sounds like you don't have all that much!

The difference between 140 lbs and 147 lbs isn't so great to worry about. If you continue to loose weight, I would worry though, and see a doctor.
