If we were to follow your advice "reduce flour and sugar to minor roles in your diet you'll probably do fantastic.", kinda sounds Counter to your "Fast-5 is really a way of eating, not a diet." ;-)
Our point was Ver. 2.0 could benefit with an addendum saying how low carbs often help people lose weight Faster. An oft-asked question of Newbies who are disappointed at rate of fat loss.
I truly believe that throwing the scales away and measuring with tightness of clothing would prevent that slow rate of loss in 2nd week we hear about...as they got an unrealistic higher weight loss through water in the body, that first week.
And, I'll let You eat the estrogen-raising Soy, while I'll stick with the Twinkie for occasional treat, but not a Dessert every day.
And a bwahaha to you, too
...whatever that was intended to say.
Personally, I'm happy that she "saw the light", by not being afraid to experiment.
