I feel great. No ill effects. But, I am losing weight much faster than I would expect, and faster than is typical, according to the book.
So, I am definitely not complaining, but don't want to do anything that might be harmful. I lost 3.8 lbs the first week, and 4.2 lbs the second week. Granted, some of the loss is likely water. However, I did not expect to lose much of anything for a week or two, then lose at a rate of about a pound a week. I feel sure that things will probably level off very soon, and my weight loss will be near the 1 lb. per week average.
So, anyone else have similar experience? Dr. Herring, should I have any concerns about the rapid rate of loss early on?
I'm loving it, so far!
