Fast 5 lifestyle is pretty great - i am really enjoying this way of eating and i have lost weight from 350 to 305 this past year.. i definitely had some plateaus but they eventually all fall away... i went to 2 meals a day sometimes during holidays and some weekends but always returned back after a couple of days without any guilt... also i have been drinking water (c. 120 oz per day or more) and it really helps me feel more balanced, more grounded toward mealtime, and just a nice sense of really being hydrated i never had before... anyways, i expect to lose at least another 50 lbs this year....
