Hello all,
I just joined the group precisely to ask the same question. I started 5 days ago simply with skipping my first meal, now started to push my break-fast.
If I didn't feel so much lighter and slimmer already, I would have thrown away my scale by now. Lost 5 lbs in 5 days, or actually in 4 days, since it was a morning measure. This accounts for 2.7% of my body weight.
Water loss? OK, I will buy that. Even though I've been drinking more fluids, I suppose I am peeing more too. Feeling good, lots of energy, but started to be concerned as it seemed too fast. Also a rapid loss of weight is generally not seen as a positive phenomenon. At least I know why it is so...
Cheers!
Robert
