Yes all kinds of cheese are acceptable. Cholesterol theories have been debunked. Eating cheese (and saturated fats) definitely doesn’t raise cholesterol anyway, but the whole premise of those numbers relating to what they thought they related to is being brought into question. Cholesterol has become a big pharmaceutical game actually so it will probably be years/decades before the truth all comes out though, for the gp. Anyway, I and others have had testing done and our numbers were great and I believe in eating as much butter, cream, whole raw milk, cheese, etc. as I want. The rest of my diet mainly consists of meat and veggies. I dn’t limit my veggies but I do make sure and put plenty of better on them so I can get the full benefit of the vitamins available there. Some vitamins are only best absorbed in the presence of fat. I eat the right fats like butter and coconut oil primarily.

Why does cheese usually get such a bad rap? Cholesterol? Are all kinds of cheese are acceptable?
And why vegetables only every once in awhile? I love my veggies.
