If you would like to track the REAL Fat-loss progress you attain through Fasting...best to drop insignificant digits such as tenths of a pound on scales and instead record your weekly waist size with a tape measure.

Trying to set you up for disappointment which is sure to come if you put too much faith in the water-weight loss you had first week.

When it comes to Fat loss, many variables come into play.

Best to simply keep things simple, by getting your approximate 20 continuous fasting hours per day, where the lowered Insulin levels in long fasting periods will allow fat to be released from your fat cells.

However, I did not expect to lose much of anything for a week or two, then lose at a rate of about a pound a week. I feel sure that things will probably level off very soon, and my weight loss will be near the 1 lb. per week average.
