[fast5] Eating Window Adjustment

I have a question about hunger and the eating window. Right now I've been sticking to the 5-10pm eating window that Bert suggests. I notice that I feel actual hunger around 2pm every day. By 4 or 4:30 I'm pretty uncomfortably hungry. Is this a good thing? If there is a benefit to feeling like this I can keep it up. However, I rarely eat past 7pm, 8 at the latest. Would it make sense to move my window to 4-9pm?
