Hah, the Dr.'s Eades encourage intermittent fasting with lower carb diet.
Why I thought it didn't apply here, I don't know.
Thing of it is, I have successfully followed Atkins and lost weight. But I do believe I probably was eating too much calorie wise. Now, the "combination" of lowering my carbs....and FAST 5...my body kicked into KETOSIS immediately. I can taste it and I dropped a few practically overnight.
I am NOT HUNGRY.
I have energy.
A cold I am dealing with is not that bad.
And I feel so excited.
This really will be my life...my "skinny" life.
As far as how many carbs, I think I will level out at about 40 to 60gms. I don't think I need to go super low to make this work.
Turning over in my bed last night, I got to thinking when I am successful with this, I will have lost about the equivalent of two little kids...it will be so much easier to turn over and move.
Keep on keepin on...
