[fast5] Re: Losing too quickly?

I'm having a similar experience. I have been on Fast-5 for one week, and I've lost 5.2 lbs!!! I admit that I have significantly increased my physical activity to include Couch to 5K and a kettlebell workout. I have much more energy and not once have I felt weak.

When it comes to my 5 hour window opening, no food is off limits. However, I don't go crazy, and I find that I am just naturally making better choices.

I am loving this!!!

However, I did not expect to lose much of anything for a week or two, then lose at a rate of about a pound a week. I feel sure that things will probably level off very soon, and my weight loss will be near the 1 lb. per week average.
