Loving Fast5, been on it over 2 weeks. I have lost 3-4 pounds.
For those of you who just have to weigh yourself I will tell you what has worked for me in the past, I weigh daily and average it out weekly or monthly. It really helps with not getting discouraged or overly encouraged (thus rewarding myself).
I eat pretty much what I want. I know I would really lose if I ate lower carb, but I am not willing to do that yet (my choice).
I think I would stay on this WOE even if I weren't losing as it makes me feel so good. I have less headaches and more energy and it really is not difficult, even with a family.
My hours are 12-5 I finish with dinner. I tried Fast5 before and I think the reason I didn't stay with it was because the eating window wasn't right for me. I do much better 12-5 instead of later in the day. So mess around with the window and it may really click with you...it sure made a difference for me.
