[fast5] New start



Hello Everyone, 

I've been lurking for a few now and trying to read and learn as much as possible. Not sure if I'm starting right, but here goes. I started yesterday eating within a 5 hour time period. I ate from 3:30 - 8:30. So that's around the time frame I'll be sticking too for awhile. I am also Vegan and have been since early June.  I'm doing this typically for weight loss right now. So, anyhow...here I am and here I go ;) Any tips or suggestions are always welcome.
