[fast5] 5 weeks in

Another pound gone - that's 6 altogether. I'm starting to believe this
might really work! This week was much easier. I didn't find it so
hard to wait for my window to open and didn't feel so cold. Of course,
we've had some really nice weather and I've able to get out several
days for long walks. That has really helped to alleviate my hunger.
I've managed to regulate the volume of food I'm eating once my window
opens, having just a snack and then dinner later on. I'm also eating
better - not diving into the junk food so much this week. I had an
event this week that include continental breakfast and lunch
(sandwiches) that I sailed through on decaf and water with absolutely
no problem. So all in all, I'm feeling like this may actually be
something I can do long-term. A real test will come in a couple of
weeks when DH and I go to Disney World for 6 days. This will mean a
completely way of eating from what is our norm when we're there, but I
have a plan and I'm actually looking forward to finding out how I'll
fare in that setting.
