Re: [fast5] Working Out

Eric,

You asked how others deal with the window and exercise. I have a glass of
water when I wake up. I take fish oil and oil soluble supplements and I
eat a tangerine. I work out, which consists of weights 3 days a week and
speed walking (4.0) at 2.5 elevation on treadmill for 2 - 3 miles. Then I
shower and eat breakfast. My window includes breakfast & lunch. That works
for me.
