[fast5] Flexible/Variable Eating-Window.

Based on previous discussions with Dr. Herring, it is my understanding
that, as long as the person is able to follow the window she sets for
herself, it is fine to experiment with having the 5-hour window at any
time of day, as well as changing that window from day-to-day if it
makes sense to for schedule-reasons, etc. My understanding is that
Dr. Herring's perspective is simply about what window is easiest for
the individual to adhere to, as opposed to one time-frame being better
than another.

(As I've shared, I'm really appreciating the morning window for a
number of different reasons, as well as adjusting that for certain
days based on social-eating, etc. I resonate with the notion that our
metabolism works best with The Sun's cycle. Taking eating out of the
dark.)
